Called Dr. Wagner at 8 PM with my first sheep "emergency" left a voice message and she called me back before I even got back to the barn to check on my ewe. Dedication!

If you have to take your pet somewhere please take them here.... We put Spaz down here yesterday & it was the most peaceful way possible... They let Eric & I be in the room (with masks on), we got to pet him, tell him what a good boy he was, hold his paw to the very end, let him cuddle hisav toy the whole time and now they are cremating him for us... He slept the whole time & never flinched... A beautiful, loving & peaceful way to end a long 9 year life

I've enjoyed bringing our new puppy to NC Vet Services. The staff was wonderful, caring, playful and explained a lot of things to me about new puppy care and what to expect. I would recommend this vet service to any of my friends that have pets or are going to get a pet.

I have been using North Carol veterinarian services – Dr. Kay Wagner over a year and a half with my Doberman pincher. The most recent incident was regarding skin infections. I took my Doberman to another local veterinarian who said there was no infection whatsoever. He asked me to return in two wes and that he would do a biopsy on the affected areas. The cost was over $150 and when I left that veterinarian, my dog still had the problem. Two weeks later I changed vets and decided to take my dog back to Dr. K Wagner. Dr. K closely examined the skin infections, took samples, carefully analyzed them and determined that indeed there was an infection. She prescribed medication and my dog is now healing. Thank goodness for Dr. Kay Wagner! What makes North Carol veterinarian services – Dr. Kay Wagner So special is that she is extremely competent and professional; She gets it right the first time and every time! I also really like the environment and setting which is very country and the fact that she treats other animals besides dogs and cats. This is the fourth time that Dr. K has serviced my Doberman pincher and in every incident she was spot on. Thank you so much Dr. K as we are fortunate to have you in our area!

Dr. Wagner truly is the best. She laid with my grandmother's dog all night and we haven't left her since. Truly amazing people. Highly recommend.

Excellant caregiver, attentive to owners and pets. Very compassionate and caring. So very glad we transferred our cats care from previous vet. Dr. Wagner is the best. Would recommend to friends and neighbors
