Dr. Wagner is the owner of North Carroll Veterinary Service, Inc. She grew up in Carroll County on a cattle and hog farm. She was involved in 4-H, FFA, and the Maryland Junior Angus Association. Dr. Wagner completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science at Virginia Tech in 1986. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 1990 from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation she worked at Reisterstown Veterinary Center practicing large and small animal medicine. In September of 1991 she opened North Carroll Veterinary Service, Inc., where she practices food animal and small animal medicine. Dr. Wagner currently lives on a farm with her husband, Tony and children, Paige and Crystal. Together they raise Black Angus cattle, Boer goats, crossbred sheep and market hogs. In her free time Dr. Wagner enjoys gardening, antiquing, fishing with her husband and following her children to livestock shows.
